Magnesium Lotion

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride oil, shea butter, mango butter, avocado infused oil (arnica, comfrey), hemp seed oil, castor oil, emulsify wax, stearic acid, ashwagandha, essential oils, optiphen.

Magnesium lotion is transdermal and the fastest way to increase magnesium into your system. Instructions: Apply to clean skin, apply directly to areas that have aches or pains, if having trouble sleeping, apply to bottom of feet before bed. Avoid sensitive areas.

Magnesium has a slight tacky feeling, if you are uncomfortable with this feeling leave on for at least 20mins to get the magnesium absorbed in your skin. Then apply your regular body lotion or body butter over it.
