Shampoo

Distilled water, castile soap, apple cider vinegar, hair oil, baking soda, essential oils (rosemary, peppermint, lavender, tea tree.)   

12oz squeeze bottle    

Instructions: Shake well, wet hair, add a small amount of shampoo to the scalp, massage into scalp, leave in for few minutes, then rinse out.           (You don't need conditioner)

You only need to use a little on the scalp; it will not sudds up like shampoo from the store because it doesn't have the harmful chemicals that makes sudds that are unnecessary. When first using, hair may need washing closer in time, it's your scalp detoxing from chemicals. after a few times you should be able to cut back on washing your hair which is better for your scalp and hair. Summertime once a week is good, wintertime you can go every other week. 

You should notice after some time using natural shampoo you shouldn't have a lot of hair falling out while brushing or washing.
